My Marvel/DC FanArt Challenge :: Superman

In my opinion, he was always on of the most boring comic book heroes (I'm sorry if you're a fan, but I'll explain...). It's not that he's not cool or powerful. In fact, my main problem with Kal-El was precisely because he is so freaking powerful! He's nearly perfect! A God-like hero that could win... well... nearly any battle, before it even started. He was too strong, too fast, too good, too wise... too perfect.

And since I was a kid, although I admired him, I always preferred the ones who actually risked themselves to save the day... like my favourite comics hero: Spidey.

On the other hand, I always recognised him as one of the most important characters in the History of the 9th Art... as he is! And, well, I read a lot of his books, growing up, anyway...

So... He had to be here! The "big blue boy scout", Kal-El, Clark Kent... Superman.
"Up, up and away!"

PS: Also, yes... I'm all for the classics, but in this case - call me what you want - I like the New 52 costume more... Good job, DC (and this comes from a "Marvel fanboy")!
